Whitehall New Orleans offers a setting that is not only unique to each event but easily adaptable to our client’s wishes.  Parties of 25-1000 guests are easily accommodated and we pride ourselves on tailoring our environment to perfectly suit your needs. Ample FREE parking is available on site and Whitehall is handicap accessible.

Accommodations

Picturing an intimate sit-down dinner inside the estate? Will your guest be dancing the night away on a dance floor on the front lawn? Our staff is all about personalizing your occasion by providing the backdrop and then allowing your creativity to shine through. The second floor of the house is our main entertainment space. For larger parties, we also suggest utilizing the wrap-around porch and front lawn of the home. For the bride, we have a private room for the day of dressing and relaxing.

Nestled along the Mississippi River, Whitehall New Orleans is conveniently located in Old Jefferson, less than 5 miles from Downtown New Orleans. Its central location and ample parking make Whitehall an accessible destination for events and parties.

We make your event come to life! From elegant china to seating, tents, and tables, we have thought of everything to bring a touch of class to your party. White padded chairs are perfect for an outdoor wedding ceremony or black celebration chairs for a modern feel to finish off your desired look. Rental Fees

Event Hours

Our events are quoted for 3 hours, plus additional time for setup and cleanup. Additional charges will apply for extended event time beyond 3 hours.

Security

A detail officer is required for every event where alcohol is present at a charge of $150 that will be written into the contract and the client is responsible for.

Deposits and Payments

A deposit confirmation and signed contract is required to guarantee the date of your event. 25% confirmed amount is due at the time of booking, 25% of the remaining balance is due 30 days before your event, and the balance due in full 48 hours before the scheduled event.

Catering

You have the freedom to select whichever vendor honors you with the best value for your wish list! We do not back you into a corner with a limited list of vendors, and we do not charge for load-in and load-out times your vendors will require for successful preparation. We just kindly ask that they follow our house rules.
